These Terms of Service apply to your use of SparkNoel and to purchases made through our online store. SparkNoel offers men’s and unisex tops, including tees, polos, button-down shirts and light layers.

Shopping with SparkNoel

We currently sell and ship to customers in the United States, including U.S. territories and military addresses. Please review the product page and select the applicable product options before placing an order. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, shipping, and order information at checkout.

Prices displayed in the store are in U.S. dollars. Before an order is placed, checkout displays the applicable shipping charge and any tax summary for that order. The availability of payment methods is shown at checkout.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Orders ship from China. Processing takes 2–3 business days, followed by an estimated 8–12 business days in transit. For the current delivery estimates, shipping charges, and destination details, read our Shipping Policy.

Eligible return and size-exchange requests may be made within 30 days of delivery. Our Returns & Refund Policy explains eligibility, the return process, prepaid return labels, and refund timing. Please contact us before sending a return.
