Who we are
SparkNoel (sparknoel.com) is an online store operated by VELOURA LIVING LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong, with its registered business address at Unit 2904-05, 29/F, Universal Trade Centre, 3 Arbuthnot Road, Central, Hong Kong SAR. We sell men's and unisex tops, including tees, polos, button-down shirts and light layers, to customers in the United States. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "SparkNoel" mean VELOURA LIVING LIMITED.
How our products are made and shipped
Our products are made and shipped by our clothing supplier in China. We choose the styles we sell, set our prices, handle customer support, and process returns and refunds. We do not have a U.S. warehouse or store. Our address in Vernon Hills, Illinois is a returns facility only.
Product information
We describe each item as accurately as we can. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. Acid-wash and vintage-wash items vary from piece to piece by design. Some tees are sold as single shirts and as multipacks: the Color & Pack option on the product page states how many shirts you receive and in which colors. Please check the size, color and pack quantity before you order. If an item you receive does not match its description or your selection, you can return it under our Returns & Refund Policy, and we will also refund any shipping charge you paid.
Prices and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. The total you pay, including shipping and any applicable sales tax, is shown at checkout before you place your order. We do not add charges after checkout. Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. Your payment is charged when you place your order.
Shipping and delivery
Estimated delivery is 12–23 business days after processing starts (2–3 business days of processing plus an estimated 10–20 business days in transit). Full details, including the order cutoff time, shipping charges and what happens if a parcel is late or lost, are in our Shipping Policy.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge before your order ships. Once it has shipped, please use the return process.
Returns and refunds
You can return items within 30 days of delivery as described in our Returns & Refund Policy. The return label is free and there is no restocking fee.
Order acceptance
We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
