Refund policy
Summary
- You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or size exchange.
- We accept returns for defective, damaged or wrong items, size exchanges, and change-of-mind returns.
- Return labels are free. There is no restocking fee.
- We refund you within 7 business days after our returns facility receives your item.
What you can return
- Change of mind or size exchange: the item must be unworn and unwashed, with its original tags attached.
- Defective, damaged or wrong item: tell us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo if you can. The condition rules above do not apply to defective, damaged or wrong items.
- Multipacks: you can return a full pack. If one shirt in a pack is defective, contact us and we will replace that shirt or refund its share of the pack price.
How to start a return
1. Contact us at support@sparknoel.com or +1 (839) 518-9426 with your order number and the reason for your return. Please contact us before you send anything back.
2. We email you a free prepaid return label and instructions, usually within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off with the carrier shown on the label.

This is a returns facility only. It is not a store and it is not where orders ship from.
What a return costs you
Nothing. The return label is free, and there is no restocking fee or any other charge.
Your refund
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days after our returns facility receives your item. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show it.
- Defective, damaged or wrong item: we refund the item price and any shipping charge you paid for the order.
- Change of mind: we refund the item price. The original $7.95 shipping charge, if you paid it, is not refunded. The return label is still free.
- We email you when your refund has been issued.
Size exchanges
Tell us the size you want when you contact us. After your return is received, we ship the new size from our supplier in China at no extra cost. Please allow the standard delivery time of 12–23 business days. If the size you want is not available, we refund you instead.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge before your order ships. After it ships, please use the return process above.
