SparkNoel is operated by VELOURA LIVING LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong (Unit 2904-05, 29/F, Universal Trade Centre, 3 Arbuthnot Road, Central, Hong Kong). We choose the styles we list, set our prices, answer customer questions and handle returns and refunds ourselves. Our products are made and shipped by a clothing supplier in China. We do not have a U.S. warehouse or store; our Vernon Hills, Illinois address is a returns facility only.

- Delivery to the United States, including U.S. territories and military addresses, in an estimated 12–23 business days (2–3 business days processing plus 10–20 business days in transit).
- $7.95 shipping on orders under $65, free shipping on orders of $65 or more.
- No import duties or customs fees for you to pay — we cover them.

- 30-day returns and size exchanges with a free prepaid return label and no restocking fee.
