SparkNoel (sparknoel.com) is an online store operated by VELOURA LIVING LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong, with its registered business address at Unit 2904-05, 29/F, Universal Trade Centre, 3 Arbuthnot Road, Central, Hong Kong SAR ("SparkNoel", "we", "us"). Our store runs on Shopify. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact and order details: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and the items you order, return or exchange.
- Payment details: payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card number.
- Messages: what you send us when you contact customer support.
- Device and usage information: your browser, device, IP address, and how you use our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Where it comes from
Directly from you (when you browse, order or contact us), automatically from your device when you use our website, and from service providers that help us run the store.
How we use it
- To process and deliver your order, send order and shipping updates, and handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
- To send marketing emails if you sign up for them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.

Who we share it with
- Shopify, which hosts our store, and our payment providers.
- Our clothing supplier in China and shipping carriers, so your order can be made, shipped and delivered.
- Service providers that help us run the store (for example IT, analytics and customer support tools).
- Advertising partners, only as described in "Your choices" below.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
International transfers
We are based in Hong Kong and our supplier is in China, so your information is transferred to and processed outside the United States, including in Hong Kong and China, to fulfill your order.

Your choices and rights

How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns and support, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Children
Our store is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
